United Cleaning Group is a program I designed to provide small commercial cleaning companies and individual independent contractors the ability to grow their commercial cleaning business revenue without the expensive fees of joining a franchise. The United Cleaning Group regional support team focuses on generating commercial cleaning contracts throughout the given market and recruits partner contractors who will complete the cleaning services. There are ongoing fees for being part of the program and unlimited growth potential for the partners we approve for the program. In addition, UCG has an in-house cleaning team that will focus on larger projects and specialty floor care work that partner contractors are not prepared or able to handle. There are additional forms of revenue generated within the system, including finder fees for commercial cleaning contracts, specialty equipment rental, internal lease to own markup for equipment and supplies a partner contractor may need for their business -and revenue from window washing contracts.
This system is similar to a master franchise, but eliminates high, unnecessary cost for the purchase of specific market territories. Focus will be in the St Louis, MO market to begin and will continue expansion into major cities throughout the US, within states that do not have franchise regulation laws. This is a start up with current items such as master contracts, cleaning contracts and service contracts being finalized by our attorney.
This is a business I strongly believe in. I currently oversee multiple regions (markets) for the largest commercial cleaning company in the world. Generating $1.2 million per month in revenue, my regions are some of the largest within the organization. I support over 2,000 clients and over 300 franchisees currently within the system I work in now with the help of a team, similar to what I would build for United Cleaning Group. My experience is also in consumer finance and the rent to own industry. I have over 23 years of multi unit management experience and owner/operator experience. My leadership, management and entrepreneur experience has allowed me to prepare for this venture. I have this business prepared with a strong plan. I have 5 years of pro formas prepared along with a detailed program guide for review.
