At Underdog, businesses are hiring a fully invested and seasoned Director of Operations & Marketing, a trained Executive Creative Director, and an entire team of support affiliates and specialists, focused on establishing and supporting the businesses roadmap to success. In 2022, as a three-man operation, Underdog Solutions generated $250K in revenue, a 580% growth from 2021, and created more than $5M of accumulated revenue for our clients. Using 1099 contractors and third-party services to fulfill an overwhelming amount of orders, Underdog Solutions profited less than 59% of revenue earned. This year, we are looking to purchase the print equipment needed to bring all third-party operations in-house, hire 8 W2 employees to replace our 1099 outsourcing, and lease a building large enough to headquarter the agency and add "Underdog Spaces" to our revenue streams. Underdog Spaces is a co-working space made for entrepreneurs that are advantageously starting the business of their future offering more than just a desk or office space. Underdog Spaces will provide entrepreneurs with direct resources to success, building the economy surrounding the space and decreasing the percentage of failed startup concepts first across the state, and then across the nation. We are projected to double our  revenue this year in marketing services and create two secondary revenue sources with Underdog Prints and Underdog Spaces, totaling a projected 2023 revenue of $2.1M. As the sole owner of the women-led, minority-owned agency, I am looking to maximize my newly awarded women-led minority certifications and create the ability to double our clientele and expand revenue sources through government contracting and heightened marketing efforts. I am asking for an investment of $650,000 in exchange for 30%, with a projected three year break-even point or three separate investments of $250,000 in exchange for 10%, with a projected four year break even point.
