Two-Five Baseball

Two-Five Baseball is the premier baseball training facility in Clovis, CA. We train elite level hitters from as young as 7 years old, to professional.  In October of 2023, we moved into a 5,000 square foot air-conditioned facility in Clovis, Califorinia. We have 4 hitting cages, Hittrax and Rapsodo ball flight simulators, and pitching machines. We provide our athletes with professional baseballs to hit with, and train them with the techniques used at the highest levels of the game.  This season, we had 7 All-Conference athletes at the High School level, and one at the Junior College level.   


We are seeking an investment of $100,000 in exchange for a total payback of $150,000 over a  five-year term.

 

The funds we are seeking would be used in the following areas:

-          $60,000 to eliminate “bad debt” incurred during startup via business credit purchases. 

-          $15,000 towards the purchase of a new Hittrax Simulator.

-          $5,000 towards the purchase of an additional pitching machine and mound.

-          $20,000 for cash on hand in the business account.

In 2024, we are averaging $20,500 in Gross Revenue. Our biggest area for growth in revenue moving forward is in the cage rental and membership space. We currently have 45 active members paying $59 per month.  We are still only at 20-25% of capacity for cage rental hours, and adding a second Hittrax unit for member use would allow us to grow our membership base. We have a goal to be at 75 members by the end of 2024.  In regards to training volume in our training program, we are currently operating at 50% of max capacity. We are averaging 50 hitters per week, with peaks of 75 hitters per week during the busy months. Over the next 6 months, we have a goal to raise our average to 60 hitters per week.

 

In Terms of assets, we currently have owned assets that account for $19,000 in resale market value. That number will rise to an estimated $42,000 in owned assets after completion of this investment round and the repayment of bad debts. 

 

Our bad debt repayment will eliminate $3600 in monthly expenses. The repayment of $2500 per month towards this investment would still net us $1100 per month in expense savings. 

 

We believe this is a fairly safe investment, when we take into account the monthly expense savings, the additional cash on hand, and the additional revenue we will be able to generate through the additional pitching machine and Hittrax simulator. Our goal for 2025 is $300,000 in gross revenue. 

 

Through EOY 2024:

 

-          Hittrax Hitting League 2024: In 2023, we grossed $5400 in revenue in the months of November and December with our Hittrax Hitting League. With our added membership and trainee base, we are forecasting $9000 in gross revenue for this year’s league.  Having a second Hittrax Unit available also opens us up to additional leagues and tournaments throughout the year.

-          Camps: We are forecasting $6000 in combined gross revenue for our Thanksgiving and Christmas Camps this year. We will utilize our College and Professional Athletes to lead the camps, which should draw us our forecasted number of 20 campers per camp. 

-          Teams: We are actively looking for teams to join our Hyenas developmental program, and are in conversations with two teams on being absorbed into our program. These teams would account for $1500 per team per month in gross revenue. 

-          Open Group Hitting: This program hit its peak in 2021, where it was accounting for $75-125 per night in revenue. Adding a second Hittrax unit will allow us to bring this option back.

-          Drink Vending: This is a smaller revenue generator, but an area we have not tapped yet. Should account for $150-200 per month in net revenue.




We believe this investment is the final step in us being able to turn the corner and finish our first year of operation in the facility strong.  We have endured a lot of struggle to get to where we are, as have many new business ventures, and being able to navigate those struggles have given us the skills we need to take this business to new heights in 2025 and beyond!  We look forward to speaking with you more about our company!
