We are looking to raise Three Million Dollars for a Gold Mine . We have the chance to lease 18 Gold claims in the Yukon for the mining season of 2022 which starts in the  end of April or first week in  May 2022 
These claims are in a valley,  just a few claims down stream from these, the claim owner got 3400 troy oz. this mining season 2021 with the Gold prices the way they are he netted over $ 6 million dollars and the year before he got 2.5 million dollars . We can get a GRMP -43 report  on these claims showing Gold deposit are there , and this was done by a local geologist and has been trusted by the local miners to do the reports on the claims for years,  so no one is wasting time and  money on nothing claims . The business would be a mining operation where we extract the gravel from the ground using Excavators  with the Gold deposits in material would be ran through a wash plant and the finer material would run down a sluice with riffles in it to catch the gold . After we clean and dry the Gold we will weigh it , this is done every week where then we give claim owner his 12 percent , then we would take investor or investors cut which would be set at a determined amount and to stay the same amount weekly  until investment is satisfied  and the rest would be for smelting down to sell either to a local Gold buyer or to companies like Dullmorgan Gold LTD buyer of raw Gold or Apex Direct Commodities as you know that Gold is used in every day products , electronics , Jewelry . Dentistry , Medicine and Gold can with stand the up`s and down of the economy and still be profitable .
So as far as selling the Gold there is no problem with that as today`s price 10/1/2021  Gold is $ 1761 a troy oz. and as Gold is predicted to stay high and the way the ground looks that we should be able to pay back investor or investors in Three to Five years and still maintain growth with in company and as the company grows we will be creating more  jobs .
WE would be able to stop the pay check to pay check life style and be able to live the American Dream , We are not looking for charity we are just hoping that an investor will see this as the great opportunity as we do , we do understand that this is a risky investment but as this report shows that reward will out weigh the risk and it will be big rewards with the right investor with us 
This would be our team , we have myself mine boss/operator, Jordon  operator , Ben operator , Jake operator , Mike Heavy Equipment mechanic ,Zeke laborer/operator, an a couple of   ground guys making sure plant keeps running . Office my wife Business Management degree making sure that we stay on schedule and daughter in law making contacts to sell the Gold that we extract from the ground These people and myself  are excited and are hoping that you will help us. This can  change everyone's lives that is involved , we understand that this is hard work for the rewards but I say if it was easy everyone would be doing it.
I have 45 years experience in the construction industry 35 years as heavy equipment operator 5 years in the mining industry and last 5 years as supervisor and I am committed to this 100 percent and drive to make this team a success , we just need the funding to prove that we can do IT.
The other operators have 5 years to 13 years experience running Heavy Equipment in large earth moving projects, we have the experience we just need the funding for these Gold claims and stop the pay check to pay check life style , as I already said this can change every ones lives for the better and this way we are leaving a legacy for my family and generations to get into a great family and friend business. As I will say again the rewards do out weigh the risk and I am a believer of this after I was talking with the claim owner who has been mining in Yukon sense 2014 and still there mining so that shows that the Gold is there mining for  7 years in the same location 
WE are not looking for hand outs or charity we are honest and hard working people just looking for the right investor or investors that can help us to achieve this goal and become a part of our family . 
We do realize that this is a large investment and mining is a risky business but I have done  research  and spoke with claim owner and others in that area to make sure I was going in the right spot and direction and with my experience and commit and my team and with your help we will make this mine a success for many many  years and might get rich doing it.
