Twenty Two Executive Lounge

Twenty Two Executive Lounge is an upscale lounge catering to elite individuals. Our key factors are rooftop views, members only swimming pool equipped with LED lights, heating features, and water falls, and our all inclusive Executive Party Bus as an extension of the lounge. The Twenty-Two Experience will begin in the parking lot.

Parking Lot: Our customers will pull into the parking lot where security will be visible and patrolling. On rainy nights our guests will be greeted at their vehicle with an umbrella.

Entrance: At the entrance patrons are met with more security and a thorough search. After the search, they proceed to pay with two options cash or credit/debit card. Guest lists will be provided for faster access. Upon entrance into the lounge, guests will have the opportunity to take photos in front of our step-and-repeat banner, featured on our website nightly. For VIP customers there are additional services offered, such as no line wait priority entrance. 

Rooftop: For the patrons that paid for the rooftop experience, they would have a great view of the city, a chance to listen to their favorite requested music and be outside upon nature where the human body is at its most relaxed state. If the weather permits, they may also enjoy a film on the projector screen.

Inside the Lounge: Twenty-Two Executive Lounge is synonymous with chic, quality, forefront in music, & an air of mystique. Twenty-Two Executive Lounge will have leather couches, low poufs and cavallino carpets. The patrons will be met with a large dance floor, comfortable and ample seating areas, special effects, five-star audio & lighting throughout the lounge. 

The lounge will be a smoke-free establishment providing quality drinks. We are also strict on policy and dress codes meaning once we are at our max capacity then we will not allow anyone else access inside the facility.

Our restrooms are designed for comfort and privacy. Instead of stalls where someone can look under, we have 7ft tall doors starting from the bottom of the floor. Our restrooms are also accompanied by restroom attendants there to assist the customers and keep the restrooms clean throughout the night.

VIP: Although we won’t be offering valet initially, our VIP customers will have designated parking spots assigned to them upon arrival. Our VIP customers are also guaranteed to get the best experience. After walking the red carpet being escorted into the lounge the VIP customers will be in their private section with one personal security and one personal waitress. They also have complimentary drinks and some discounted drinks. VIP guests will not have to leave their section for anything not even to use the restroom because the VIP sections are equipped with their own personal restrooms.

Party Bus- All of our rates are custom designed for each individual client needs. Prices range from $100/hr. and up depending on several factors including: date of trip, time of trip, and distance. All services include driver, non-alcoholic drinks, gas, unlimited mileage, cups, straws, and napkins. There will be no hidden fees and also a mandatory deposit at the signing of the waivers.

Outside the Lounge: Outside our lounge will be the patio area. The patio will be for paid members only and their plus one guest.  The patio will include a heated swimming pool equipped with a cascade waterfall and LED lighting to affect the mood. Although the pool will be open certain times of the year, this will make our venue an even more desired attraction because we are the only entertainment establishment with a heated pool.
