Vacation rental management doing $30k+ per month in need of a dedicated on-boardining specialist as well as two vehicles to add 1-3 clients per month in Tucson and Seattle. We have very specific clients we are targeting and an aggressive marketing campaign starting this week. We are building a franchise model that we plan to roll out in 6-8 months. We currently manage 50 properties across two states. 

With a dedicated onboarding specialist and a vehicle to provide as part of the compensation package (as well one for an existing employee who handles all field tasks) Turnkey Pros will be able to grow at great but manageable speed.  We don't want to onboard just any client have a specific characteristics that new clients must meet. That allows us to focus on the most profitable accounts, rather than just growing for the sake of it. We know exactly how to onboard new clients efficiently and effectively using some basic CRM and our own internal processes.

We have too many leads to close as our competition struggles to provide the same level of service and strategy that we offer clients.
