i am a trucking company i have been in the industry for 10 years and around the industry my entire life i managed and operated a trucking company with 50 trucks for 6 years and decided to go out on my own to implement what I’ve learned throughout the years of being in and around the industry to build a successful business I am also going to implement and extensive training program into my criteria that my employees will need to sufficiently pass to be employed but will also be offering this to outside carriers as well to help hire and properly train and qualify drivers based on the federal guidelines to make the industry a more profitable professional and more safe environment for not only fellow drivers but also the individuals that we encounter on a daily basis this program will raise the bar for driver qualifications to enter into the field and not let unqualified drivers get into the field without proper training and knowledge of proper federal regulations load securement training will also be a major focus to hopefully eliminate and cut down on accidents involving trucking company’s
