The bad guys are winning the cyber security battle.  They are armed to the teeth and stealing billions from businesses of all sizes and poorly protected connected homes. The new remote worker dynamic has opened up a new range of threats that are attacking home IoT devices and funneling back up the connection to attack company servers.  In spite of being increasingly exposed, these small businesses and professional offices typically do not have full time IT staff to look after their networks, and the anti-virus software typically on desktop computers is now less than 40% effective. These markets are currently served only by consulting Managed Services Providers (MSPs. )

Solution:           Enterprise-Class security for the largest untapped security markets.

Using the same successful business model as smart thermostats and video doorbells, a TrustWrx secure gateway is plugged in at the business or home router. Then, through a simple online annual subscription, the powerful cybersecurity capabilities typical of only the largest corporations and defense networks is provided seamlessly to millions of marginally protected small businesses and their remote workers at home.

Marketing and Sales:                 Leveraging existing MSP relationships through AWS.

Under a tiered distribution model, first customers will be the Managed Service Providers (MSPs)  that look after the networks and Internet security of the millions of small businesses and professional offices, domestically and internationally.  Through our partnership with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and other major providers, we will promote and sell our advanced AI-based security to the MSPs, who will then sell it to their established small business and professional customers, who then provide it to all their connected home workers.  This solution will protect the local home network and host company servers from the many threats (ransomware, malware, phishing, etc.) that now plague the new remote worker dynamic. 

Technology:    Market proven, lab tested and patented security solution.

At the core of these cloud operations is the Zero-Trust (ZTNA) facilities of TrustWrx’s patented Identity-Aware Framework (IAF) and a corporate-class Security Operations Center (SOC), providing highly advanced Artificial Intelligence (AI) protections for email and web activity; all integrated within the AWS cloud security suite.  For the first time, all insecure IoT devices in offices and homes will be made secure.
The connected networks behind the data center and the secure gateway – including computers, laptops, medical devices, smart thermostats and doorbells, baby monitors, etc. – become invisible to prying eyes and safe from the majority of threats and malware on the open Internet.

Finances:           Uniquely funded through patent license sales and equity investments.
The company has been initially funded through the sale of a patent license to Amazon for USD $450,000, with similar patent license sales pending to Apple, Google Microsoft and others. The company has also raised an additional $300,000 from private equity investors through a $1 million dollar Regulation D Series Seed Offering.  Minimum investment is $50,000.
