TrueO2 Inc. is a sales company that specializes in one particular air filter for the home, commercial, and most industrial settings. The TrueO2 filter is better for HVAC units and is also the
key to returning better quality air into your setting for human consumption.
TrueO2 Inc. consists of three individuals currently. Kyle Poston is the founder of the company that was started in late 2020. Les Oakley is part of the team as well, Les was on the original
design team for this filter at its inception. Shane Little is the operations manager for daily business.
The U.S. filter business is currently a 2.1 billion dollar industry with projected growth to 2.8 billion dollars by 2026. As more and more people are taking notice of air quality following the pandemic, the air filtration industry will certainly continue its upward trajectory.
TrueO2 filters are different than the average filter used by consumers today. The filters most used today are inexpensive and therefore ineffective in protecting HVAC units and do less
to filter the air we breathe as it is returned to the inside of homes or businesses. The TrueO2 filter lasts longer, does not allow air to escape around the filter as the filter surface fills,
has more available surface for filtration, and destroys airborne viruses' on contact. We offer a better filter with a higher degree of virus protection without having to buy any additional
equipment. Simply change the filter every 90 days and know you and your system are protected.
The TrueO2 plan is to penetrate various markets including residential and commercial via direct sales and marketing. We have been selling direct to customers for almost two years. We also offer a subscription service that automatically ships the filters to subscribing customers every 90 days or sooner if they choose, and therefore eliminates one thing they need to keep up with on a regular basis. Commercial customers also can take advantage of the recurring service.
Competition in the filtration market is by and large from the big box stores. There are direct sellers of filters in the market place but most sell the same type of filter as the big box stores themselves. This is where we differ with most of the competitors. Our filter stands out in its class. More consumers simply need to be made aware that such filters exist in the market.
TrueO2 Inc. is poised to take advantage of a larger marketing plan to expand into other markets. Next steps would include setting up regional manufacturing as market results dictate. Regional success may also mean there is potential for design modifications for further benefits that cater to a region that may have a higher concentration of one need versus another. We believe this approach could evolve into a 100 million-dollar company.
After nearly two years of going into the marketplace, we have attained many sales in the residential market. We also have restaurants, churches, daycares, convenience stores, and other
retail establishments as clients. We are looking to expand in those markets and into other market segments as well.
TrueO2 Inc. is now ready to make a big leap forward but we need additional funding to move this along. We are seeking $150,000.00 to expand marketing and begin manufacturing
the filter that we are currently having made for our company.
TrueO2 is in a unique position that should enable us to become a $100,000.00 company in the next year with the proper funding to move this along. Year two should double and year
three through five could see unlimited growth with the right marketing structure in place.
