1.  Introduction - What your company is and what it does.

Trivut Corp. envisions data transformation, digitalization, and automation of processes into application software that are vital in our evolving world for private, commercial, and government entities.

We develop innovative application software and technologies to suit our customer’s needs in order to harness the power and advantages of our interconnected world. Our future products will transform and digitize data, automating their processes and services using sophisticated machine learning algorithms and artificial intelligence.

Trivut’s startup software engineering project, the Healthcare Software Platform, started after a utility patent of the same title was submitted to the US Patent and Trademark Office (PTO) two years ago.

The current objective is to develop a comprehensive Healthcare Software Platform that will transform a highly fragmented, hospital-centered healthcare delivery system into a patient-centered single universally federated global healthcare system by providing revolutionary smart digital solutions of micro services software, processes, and medical devices to patients at affordable or reduced costs.

To kick off our initiative, our initial module involves developing a 'Nurse On-Demand' mobile application slated to launch within three months. This application facilitates convenient and timely access to certified nurses as well as other healthcare professionals such as doctors, caregivers, and physical therapists. Its primary objective is to address the diverse healthcare needs of patients at home by bridging the gap between patients and healthcare providers. Through this app, patients can easily request nursing services whenever necessary, whether it pertains to in-home care, seeking medical advice, or assistance with minor health issues.

8. Traction - What have you already achieved.

As a technology and data firm, we initiated the creation of a Document Tracking System (DTS) back in 2010 during my leadership of an Information Technology (IT) Incubator program, where Peter and Vincent were active participants. Over time, we revamped the product to leverage contemporary cloud tools and technologies. Currently, DTS is being actively promoted to government entities in the Philippines.

Last year, Vincent, Peter, Melvin, and I collaboratively engineered TOGO Cryptocurrency, utilizing the Ethereum blockchain. We are presently in the process of drafting a white paper and actively pursuing avenues to list the coin on multiple cryptocurrency exchanges. Proceeds from the coin's sale will be allocated towards compensating Trivut’s software engineering team for the development of various modules within the healthcare software platform.

One year ago, we initiated a training program aimed at identifying and nurturing promising software engineers. These trainees, whom we affectionately term 'DevJedis', will be joining our team to contribute to the development of all modules within the healthcare software platform. Despite holding degrees in computer science and information technology, they underwent comprehensive training spanning from HTML and JavaScript to SQL Language and AWS Cloud Software Engineering.

Three months ago, I encountered a concerning healthcare incident where a patient found herself alone, potentially experiencing symptoms of a heart attack. Despite being in need of urgent medical attention, she was unable to reach an ambulance and was located a two-hour drive away from her daughters, who could provide support.

In that moment, a spark ignited in my mind, leading to the inception of the 'Nurse On-Demand' (NOD) app. The business model of NOD draws parallels to that of the 'Uber' app, where a rider can request a driver to transport them from their location to their destination. Similarly, NOD allows individuals in distress to request a nurse, located within a 20-minute commute, to provide immediate assessment and care in their own homes. This nurse, along with other healthcare service providers such as doctors, caregivers, physical therapists, psychiatrists, and more, can promptly attend to the patient's needs before determining if hospital care is necessary.

As we advance our initiatives and ongoing projects, we delineate the diverse functionalities of our Healthcare Software Platform. These features are detailed as follows:

a.  Improved Patient Care: Healthcare software platforms have facilitated better patient care by providing tools for electronic health records (EHR), clinical decision support, and telemedicine. These platforms have helped healthcare providers make more informed decisions, coordinate care more effectively, and deliver personalized treatment plans.

b.  Increased Efficiency: Healthcare software platforms have streamlined administrative processes, reduced paperwork, and minimized manual errors, leading to increased efficiency within healthcare organizations. Automated scheduling, billing, and documentation features have saved time and resources, allowing healthcare providers to focus more on patient care.

c.  Enhanced Interoperability: Many healthcare software platforms have made significant strides in interoperability, enabling seamless exchange of patient data between different systems and healthcare providers. This has improved care coordination, reduced duplication of tests and procedures, and enhanced the overall continuity of care.

d.  Patient Engagement: Healthcare software platforms have empowered patients to take a more active role in their healthcare through patient portals, mobile apps, and remote monitoring tools. These platforms have enabled patients to access their health information, communicate with their healthcare providers, and participate in their own care decisions.

e.  Data Analytics and Insights: Healthcare software platforms have provided valuable insights through data analytics, predictive modeling, and population health management tools. By analyzing large volumes of healthcare data, these platforms have identified trends, patterns, and opportunities for improving care delivery, reducing costs, and optimizing outcomes.

f.  Compliance and Security: Healthcare software platforms have prioritized compliance with regulatory requirements such as HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) and implemented robust security measures to protect patient data. Encryption, access controls, and audit trails have been used to safeguard sensitive information and ensure privacy and confidentiality.

Overall, healthcare software platforms have made significant advancements in improving patient care, increasing efficiency, promoting interoperability, enhancing patient engagement, generating actionable insights, and ensuring compliance and security. These achievements have contributed to the transformation of the healthcare industry and have paved the way for continued innovation and improvement in healthcare delivery.
