At the neighborhood is developed we will build 49 houses on this development in phase 1 after phase one is complete. We will build on phase 2 with 63 homes being available.
We have built 11 houses ,seven remodels and four custom homes in the past 36 months.
Our civil plan plat is signed off and in the clerk of courts with addresses for each lot.
We are seeking 2.3 million dollars to do this project the devs side and to build houses after this neighborhood is developed.
