Everyone claims skills. We're building the part that proves them.
Ask any organization whether its people are ready and you will get a guess. The training records are in one system, the certificates are in a filing cabinet, the education happened somewhere else entirely, and the spreadsheet holding it together is three weeks out of date and maintained by someone who would rather be doing their actual job.
CAATSS is building the layer underneath all of it.
We carry the whole learner with them. Every course, certificate, qualification, and credential, no matter which provider, employer, or institution it came from, lives in one portable record the learner owns and any authorized system can verify. Not a transcript. A living picture of what someone can actually do.
Then we make it work for you. CAATSS uses that record to build adaptive, competency-based training plans, so instead of assigning everyone the same course, the platform knows what each person already holds, what they are missing, and what they need next. Roll that up across a crew, a shift, or a deployment and you get something almost nobody can produce today: a live read on whether the team is operationally ready, and exactly what stands between them and ready.
It is built to connect, not to trap. CAATSS runs on open learning-technology standards, IEEE and the Total Learning Architecture, so third-party services plug in rather than being replaced. Bring your own learning record store or use ours. Keep your existing course library, including decades of legacy SCORM content, which CAATSS instruments at the interaction level and emits as modern xAPI data. Our customers choose their stack. We make the pieces talk.
And it gives our customers their time back. Certifying bodies and training providers spend their weeks chasing renewals, reconciling rosters, rebuilding the same audit report, and invoicing by hand. CAATSS automates the entire operation: credential issuance, expiry alerting, client portals, bulk registration, verified identity, audit trails, and payments. Our customers get to run their business instead of their spreadsheets.
Who buys it. The authorities that certify workforces: safety associations, trade certifying bodies, professional standards organizations, and commercial training providers. They sit above hundreds of employer organizations, which means one contract brings an entire member base onto the platform. We do not have to sell to each employer. They arrive with their certifying body.
How it earns. Subscription plus a percentage of every registration processed, with tiers from $1,000 to $7,500+ per month USD. Payments run through Stripe Connect, so revenue grows with each customer's own volume without renegotiation. CAATSS is live with paying subscribers today, with an active pipeline of Canadian certifying partners and a defence-sector path in development.
Who is building it. Founded and built by Amie Walton, President of TriBic Software Inc., with forty years in business and thirty in software, leading product and technology in the training and simulation sector. She contributes to the IEEE Learning Technology Standards Committee's Total Learning Architecture study group, the body writing the rules for how workforce learning data interoperates. TriBic owns CAATSS outright, with no licenses or encumbrances on the intellectual property.
