Tri River Paving

Tri River Paving located in Tri Cities, Wa. opened January 11th 2022. The asphalt industry in this region is open for a season of 9-10 months and shuts down in the winter due to the cold temperatures and snow at times. Tri River Paving specializes in residential and commercial asphalt paving and gravel grading. The season of 2022 was mainly focused on commercial parking lots as that was a majority of the work we won in our bidding process. The goal is to eventually, with growth of the the company, is to expand and have the ability to do state and federal projects and large roadway projects. Last year Tri River Paving completed over 60 estimates in its first season and had good profits and losses. The company is very viable and will do well as long as it has the help. This company was started and completed the first season with no working capital. Now we are nearing year two and in the same situation as trying to start the 2023 Paving season but need the funding to do so. Tri River Paving has over 40 estimates out for this season so far and some carry overs from last year as well. Just to name a few of the contracted parties we have Simplot, Kepr Action News as well as Avenue 5 apartments. We have a good outlook for 2023 but need help with the working capital end of things that would be applied to payroll, materials and equipment. We are licensed and bonded in Washington State and the work is primarily in eastern washington and northeast oregon.
