Real-time wildfire intelligence platform using satellite GPS, AI fire prediction, and drone LiDAR to protect the 96.6% of firefighters who deploy with zero tracking technology.

Trajanus USA builds Prometheus — an AI-powered wildfire intelligence and firefighter safety platform for the incident commanders, rural agencies, and volunteer crews that enterprise software will never reach.

The Problem: Only 3.4% of federal wildland firefighters use any GPS tracking (GAO-25-107905, Sept 2025). Of 11,000 firefighters, only 378 use the government's WFTAK app. The program lost 2 of 3 staff and has no strategic plan. Congress mandated tracking via the Dingell Act in 2019 but appropriated zero funding. Enterprise wildfire software costs $200K–$500K+/yr — 30,000+ Type 3–4 incident commanders and rural fire departments have zero affordable options.

What Prometheus Does: Real-time satellite GPS tracking of firefighters, physics-based fire behavior prediction (Rothermel model — all 53 fuel models operational), ML-enhanced fire spread forecasting, 3D terrain visualization, and automated safety monitoring. Works offline where fires actually burn — no cell towers required.

Technology: Tauri v2, React, ArcGIS Maps SDK, Supabase. First-ever Rust implementation of the Rothermel fire spread model. ArcGIS SDK 5.0 AI Components integration for natural language spatial queries.

Partnership: Esri Partner Network (EPN) Member Partner, confirmed March 2026. Full access to ArcGIS ecosystem, Living Atlas data layers, and partner marketplace. 80% of fire agencies already use Esri — Prometheus plugs into their existing workflow.

Team: Bill King (Founder/CEO) — PMP, CQM-C, 30+ years federal program management, volunteer firefighter (Pecos SAR, Tres Lagunas Fire 2013). Built the original GPS tracking prototype after the 2013 Yarnell Hill Fire. Presented at Esri User Conference 2017 — 15,000 tracking reports, zero errors. Arun Parameswaran — 21 years software development, AI/ML/IoT, active contributor since inception.

Market: Type 3–4 incident commanders (30,000+), state forestry agencies (50 states), rural fire departments (25,000+), hotshot/hand crews (110 IHC + hundreds of hand crews), international agencies, fire science researchers. TAM: $500M–$2B annually.

Current Status: Phase 2 at 80% complete. Fire behavior engine operational. GIS export pipeline built. Esri EPN partnership confirmed. AI agent development team (Claude Code) producing daily. Active development — not a concept.
