CBT Training:

Training Wheelz USA will focus their efforts on high school students and family members in the state of Texas during the first year of startup. There are currently 5.3 million high school students registered in the state of Texas for the 2021/2022 school year. This does not include family members who would benefit from this type of driver training. Once we have established a good reputation and show positive results, Training Wheelz USA will purchase additional training units, which will allow us to travel to other states in the U.S.

Competitors in the mobile simulated driver training industry are L3 Harris & Excel Driver Services. There are a few other simulated driver training organization, however they are primarily focused on training truck drivers.

Simulation-based training allows you to expose drivers to various challenging hazard-laden scenarios in a controlled environment. You can record operator reactions and response times, and provide after-action reviews that point out performance improvement areas for each driver. The simulator based training approach improves critical driving skills, enhances decision making abilities and increases the safety of the vehicle operator. Training Wheelz USA is the only organization in the United States that offers the "D.E.F.E.N.S.E." driving methodology. "D.E.F.E.N.S.E." is the trademark of the Training Wheelz USA organization and was developed by the owner, Dean Myers Jr.

The money will be used to purchase the following driver training equipment:

(1) One 24' enclosed trailer w/ onboard generator and ceiling mounted ac/heater units

(2) One (1) L3 Harris driver simulator

(3) 5 mini laptop computers for CBT (Computer Based Training)

(4) 4 student chairs

(5) One Ford F-350 tow vehicle (for towing the 24' trailer)

 

My startup company, Training Wheelz USA, LLC is a mobile driver training company that will travel to customer locations, such as schools and businesses to provide my D.E.F.E.N.S.E. crash avoidance techniques to high school students and their family members, company drivers, police forces, DOT drivers, etc. I would put driving simulators into the enclosed trailer, which allows the student to practice the crash avoidance techniques immediately after discussing and learning each D.E.F.E.N.S.E. technique, without the risk of vehicle damage, injury to anyone or a fatality. Students get to practice the techniques in a safe, controlled environment.
