TPM Win BIG Enrichment Program

TPM Academy, LLC is a thirty two year old Fastpitch softball training school based out of Atlanta Georgia. Through our professional training methods and  extensive experience, TPM has contributed greatly to the successful growth of the sport of fastpitch softball in Georgia and throughout the Southeast. Holding a 99% student success track record, we've  guided over 800 high school players into collegiate athletes, at all divisions, throughout the nation.  The majority receiving athletic scholarships, providing them with greater, life altering, opportunities. The TPM Alumni pool is vast. Many of our athletes return home from college and want to instruct and mentor themselves.  TPM provides a platform for them to give back demonstrating a significant and positive impact on the community. With funding, TPM would be able to grow its operations, maintain and promote our staff, improve technology, and hire additional personnel to launch a new initiative called  "Win Big" TPM's Enrichment Program. This program aims to provide youth players between the ages of 6 and 11 with valuable skills training and, more importantly, positive mindset training. With our extensive experience the past few years has exposed a need to empower the young woman not just the athlete. We've seen the need move from our high school, into middle school and now, into our elementary aged girls and it is heartbreaking. Within this program, we will provide young girl with tools to shape their inner voice. Providing a guideline of how to speak to themselves and others using kind and encouraging words.  Our simple training tools can alter a players mind set and the benefits are enormous, on and off of the field, for life. A fee include:

• enhancing her self-esteem 
• building her confidence, 
• elevating her focus and interest
• Improving her performance

These benefits not only help the individual player but they pave the way for encouraging others, teammates and opponents, instilling sportsmanship values.
