TPM Win BIG Enrichment Program

Our Win BIG Enrichment Program will achieve the following goals:

• Bring a clinic to two or three local recreation organizations in the summer of 2024.
• Providing a staff of former and current collegiate fastpitch players to teach 75-80 young players at each.
• Instill the mission of Win BIG with on field skills and off field positivity training.
• Provide Win BIG clinics free of charge as a give back to the community, ensuring our span of influence will be inclusive.

Our mission is to help our young athletes learn to win before the game, in the game, and when the game is over by using positive words and actions.

We will teach the girls to be better teammates and and encourage growth through kindness and support for themselves and for their peers. These actions assist in building confidence and leadership skills. We will provide job opportunities for former and current players so they can mentor young players allowing them the experience of giving back to their community while encouraging young girls to continue to play softball.

In recent years we have seen a decline in youth softball participation and an increase in emotional instability in our young athletes.
Our program will help to resolve both by helping to give back to area recreation parks as well as provide solid fundamental instruction useful for the programs, coaches and young athletes. The Win BIG messaging will help to instill confidence in the young athletes, teach them to set and accomplish goals through sport.
