We are looking to branch our portfolio to pickleball
I am an avid pickleball player playing three to four times a week I also give lessons when time permits.
I own the land where we are wanting to build. The land sits on US highway 40 so there is not only great exposer the accessibility is wonderful as well I also have the website is currently being built by Amanda Matos out of Chicago Illinois.

What is pickleball
Pickleball besides being the fastest growing sport on the planet This sport has no age limit really from young to old everyone is playing. The sport was founded with mind set of community people meeting people. And playing a sport that offers exercise and socialization without giving up your personal urge for competition.
What we plan to offer is a high end facility with six indoor courts. There will be a pro shop as well as an inside and outside seating area.
We will offer court rental, open play, leagues and paid lessons. We will also be hosting and putting on tournaments My favorite thing we plan to offer is two to three times a month free lessons to seniors and youth up to 15 yrs old. We also are currently set up as a wholesaler with four top paddle and gear manufacturers in the business We plan to have demo paddles of each company. With the fast rising price of paddles and gear our goal is to let customers demo any paddle they want before they buy one. With average cost of $235/$300 dollars on a new top quality paddle this gives customers options no other pickleball facility does.
There is a place in Florida called the villages not that long ago you couldn’t get a t time for golf now you can walk right up and play. With their completion of courts 309-320 pickleball is the thing you’re waiting to play now . With fortune 500 companies sponsoring the pro tour and the likes of Tom Brady lebron James Peyton manning dremon green. 50 cent and countless others all buying pro teams the growth of the sport speaks for its self.
We sit in the middle of Terrehaute Indiana and Indianapolis
There isn’t an indoor facility within hour of our selected location that caters to pickleball and its players So if you want to play of an evening you have to drive an hr in almost any direction. This type of location I feel can be repeated over and over in the correct place Simply said this is animal that just needs let of the cage.
