Top Cheer Talent is a youth Cheer company designed to promote the sport of Competitive Cheer in K-12 schools while preparing athletes to be College-ready both athletically and academically. We are a minority-female owned business that promotes athleticism, academic integrity and kindness to create the next generation of strong, female leaders. For three years Top Cheer Talent has been choreographing routines for middle and high school teams all over the Carolinas and Georgia. We have hosted combines, skills clinics and events designed to improve young athletes skills and prepare them for the next level. As the proud daughter of an Air Force veteran and a Filipina immigrant, I want to provide opportunities to young women like me showing that hard work and determination will get you anywhere you want to go in America. Now, I have secured a location for my gym where I will be able to host camps and clinics with greater frequency and offer daily classes and workouts. My husband and I are both K-12 teachers and academic success is very important to us. We plan to offer after-school tutoring to athletes to promote success on and off the mat.
Our gym will offer monthly memberships to student-athletes, small-group classes, tutoring and we will continue to host camps and clinics. With monthly memberships, camps and clinics and merchandise sales we expect upwards of $350K in revenue next year. To achieve this goal, we will need to refurbish the gym space we have secured and hire the employees we have already identified to help us run classes and camps.
