I own the Chicago South territory of System4 Facility Services. We began service March of 2020. I was working full-time with System4 Corporate and building the territory part-time. As of October 2022, we are generating around $40,000/month in revenue at a 20% Gross Profit. Our model is a Subcontractor (Affiliate) based model to provide Commercial Janitorial services. The industry is fragmented, and growth is attained pretty consistently through a variety of lead generation programs. The model is proven, and repeatable. As is evidenced by System4 currently having almost 60 locations. Our primary goal is to raise $100-$150K to restructure current debt, dial up our lead generation activity 2x or 3x of current, and also purchase the Chicago Central and possibly Chicago North territories, which are currently available. I firmly believe that we can increase the monthly revenue from our current $40,000 run rate to $150,000-$200,000/month in less than 2 years. Then sell the combined territories for $1M+. My educational background is accounting/sales, and I have worked with System4 Corporate for nearly 9 years. My previous responsiblities included training and mentoring new Franchise Partners in various cities throughout the US.
