Our goal is to grow from 3mil to 5mil next year and 10 mil within 3 years. Established in one of the fastest growing areas in north Texas and the second fastest growing area in Oklahoma.
 
The area is experiencing massive growth due to multiple large companies relocating and expanding to the area. Texas Instruments, Global Wafers, Globitech, Tyson Foods... just to name a few.  The City of Sherman is aggressively committed to growing and all the surrounding cities are following suite.  $46 billion dollars have been invested in this area over the last three years. A well know investor recently purchased a billion dollars of property lakeside to develop custom home sites, a new resort and a Margaritaville restaurant. The list goes on and on. 

With all the new businesses coming in. This is creating a massive need for new houses and those new houses are going to need pools and outdoor living spaces and a place to sit in the hot Texas sun. 

TLCpools.com have been building swimming pools and outdoor living and shade structures/pool houses in this area for thirteen years now. We are in North Texas and Southern Oklahoma in an area known as Texoma due to Lake Texoma that borders Texas and Oklahoma. 
 
This money will be used for an aggressive marketing strategy, equipment needed to expand with the growth and maximize profitability with in-house crews and less downtime. Materials purchased in bulk to take advantage of bulk pricing and less down time without multiple trips to suppliers. We will also need to hire more people and implement some systems to automate our processes and track production.
 
We bring to the table an established showroom and show pool to display practically anything you can dream of in your backyard for our clients, 32 years of experience in the industry and established in the area for thirteen years. We also have a great team already started and trained and can build upon that. With over 400 pools we have built in the area we will build a service department also. We have two plus acres of land we use and can expand upon for a construction yard for equipment and materials and potentially could build a facility if need be. It’s located in a beautiful area surrounded by a popular Racetrack and beautiful 300-acre wedding facility.  The land surrounding us was just developed for custom home sites and another property is available and advertised as a potential property to develop for another subdivision.
