We are seeking $1.5 million in capital to build the first car wash here in Georgia catered to our large car enthusiast community. The car wash industry is steadily growing with Georgians spending $398 million in 2022 and a predicted $437 million in 2024. We set ourselves apart from the competition by offering high quality car care products and amenities such as in-bay touchless paint dryers and a scenic photo-op area for customers to take pictures of their cars once they've washed it.
The car wash will be built on 1 acre of land in a high traffic/visibility area. There will be 4 self-service bays, 1 in-bay touchless automatic wash, and 6 canopy covered vacuums.
We are excited to bring the community together as we will host monthly meets after Cars & Coffee, an annual car show, and we will hold charity events to give back as well.
