Co-founders Vanessa Royle (Santa Barbara-based) and Mariah Wood (Boston-based) worked over two years during their time at Harvard Business School to develop the brand's first two flavors, focusing on natural ingredients, complex flavors, and achieving the beginning, middle, and finish that are key to a great cocktail.
Tilden launched its first two flavor expressions in February and has already sold out! Tilden's cocktails are currently sold online at
www.drinktilden.com and in 50+ bars, restaurants, and retailers (all achieved through direct sales) across Santa Barbara, Boston, and NYC. The company boasts a 100% re-order rate across its on-premise customers and has a 15% repeat customer rate via e-commerce.
The company is raising its pre-seed round to fund growth over the next 12-18 months.
