TicketTote (trademark held by Sync Digital Solutions, Inc) is an event ticketing and management platform with a simple mission ... simple.

The world's ticketing platforms can be broken up into 2 complicated categories:
  • Exhaustive and bloated back-ends with features spread out in various section. It would take a dev ops person just to understand how to successfully utilize the tools.
  • High and innumerable fees that create buyer regret.
We endeavoured to solve these issues:
  • First we had an idea. Create a platform with a unique brand:event:options relationship between each of its moving parts that even the most basic internet user could take full advantage of.
  • We then brought that idea into reality with an ever-evolving structured business plan to make sure there was a better and profitable way to realize our idea.
  • Once the plan was in place, we prototyped out the platform. Kevin Curley of Event Protect (formerly of Ticketmaster and EventBrite) called our prototype, "The smartest ticketing dashboard he'd ever seen."
  • TicketTote has then turned into a business with monthly revenue of approximately $54,000. That is projected to grow to $100,000 by March 2023 and over $500,000 by December 2023. By April 2024, projections forecast for $1,000,000 per month. By April 2025, projections forecast for $3,000,000 per month. This growth, barring investment to bridge the gap between business and global enterprise.
The platform already offers dozens of features and it is that build which secured an exclusive relationship with a studio out of Las Vegas, NV for 2023. The studio has sold over 30 million tickets for live and virtual events in just over 2 years time. The relationship is a catalyst for a bright future of referrals but more runway is needed to accelerate our plans and take full advantage of the opportunity in front of us. 

When securing the necessary funds, TicketTote can double the development and customer service personnel required to grow. We can also bring on a sales team and start advertising our first-in-class guest list system to nightclubs. With this expansion we can launch two services that will drive revenue and user uptick for years to come; AI based reserved seating and a social component.

In total, our development road map contains 162 features which would make TicketTote the most-feature rich event management and ticketing platform on the planet. With current funding levels, it will take us until late-2025 to fully implement. With funding, that timeline can be shortened to the end of 2023.

CEO, Jay has bootstrapped from idea to fully functioning business but in order for TicketTote to become a worldwide enterprise player, investment capital is needed. This Series A funding would allow us to complete our builds and establish us as the most feature rich ticketing and event management platform on the planet. It would also allow us to take full advantage of our newfound relationship with a massive client, their referrals and what having such a client can do for the brand.

We are open to earn outs and the exit strategy would either be a reverse merger or buy-out.

All business fundamentals are sound: dedicated staff, established operations, fantastic lease on office/studio space, multi-year clients, impeccable bookkeeping and accounting, and plenty of contracted potential.
