Chaos to Clarity Immersive Wellness Experience

Transcendfit Health & Wellness is a Bay Area-based health architecture company founded by Genevieve "Geni" Perez — mother of four, Army veteran, and health professional completing a Master of Science in Health Science with a public health emphasis.

Transcendfit was not built from a business plan. It was built from a gap — the absence of a container that treated the whole human, not just the symptom. One that was clinically credible, culturally grounded, financially accessible, and actually equipped people to sustain the results beyond a single session.

That gap became a framework. That framework became a company. And that company is now seeding something much larger than a single event.

THE FRAMEWORK
At the core of every Transcendfit offering is the Dynamic Flourishing Hierarchy (DFH) — a proprietary biopsychosocial framework that maps the conditions required for human beings to move from survival into sustained, sovereign flourishing. DFH does not treat wellness as a destination. It treats it as an architecture — one that must be built from the inside out, across the body, the mind, the relational field, and the structural environment.

DFH is not theoretical. It is operational. Every modality, every session sequence, every facilitation protocol deployed under the Transcendfit umbrella is designed, sequenced, and evaluated through the DFH lens.

THE SEED — CHAOS TO CLARITY
Chaos to Clarity is the first full-scale deployment of the DFH framework in a live, immersive container. It is a 1-day whole-istic wellness immersive experience — a clinically-led, 10-hour protected space for leaders, advocates, caregivers, and high-functioning individuals who pour themselves out for others and have nothing left for themselves.

The experience integrates precision movement and clinical mobility work, breathwork and frequency-based sound healing, clinical bodywork, holistic nutrition education and curated meals, thermal immersion, strategic group coaching, and a closing ceremony in which each participant drafts and signs a witnessed commitment to their own intentional design.
24 seats. Eight credentialed practitioners. One full day. Everything designed to send people back into their lives not just rested — but re-inhabited.

The inaugural event takes place June 20, 2026 in San Francisco. Scholarship seats are available on a sliding scale. A sponsored seat program allows organizations and individuals to fund access for community members who cannot self-fund.

This is not a one-time event. It is a proof of concept.

THE VISION — FROM SEED TO SANCTUARY
Chaos to Clarity is the entry point into a multi-year, multi-format ecosystem built on the DFH framework.

 The roadmap:
Phase 1 — Event Series: Chaos to Clarity scales to a quarterly immersive experience with confirmed future dates in Joshua Tree (October 2026) and Long Beach (TBA), building toward a national series that serves a new city and a new population every quarter.

Phase 2 — Programming Infrastructure: Each event generates a community of practitioners, participants, and organizational partners. The HELPP Network — Holistic Empowerment for Lifelong Progression Programming — serves as the connective tissue, a mixed-methods community initiative linking individuals to vetted organizations and resources aligned with DFH principles.

Phase 3 — Brick and Mortar: The event series is designed as the proof-of-concept and revenue foundation for a permanent community wellness facility — a physical home that integrates movement, clinical bodywork, somatic practice, holistic nutrition, and strategic coaching into daily, accessible programming for the communities that need it most. Not a luxury wellness studio. A community health infrastructure built on a framework that has already been tested, refined, and validated in the field.

Every ticket sold, every sponsored seat filled, every organizational partnership forged is a data point and a dollar toward that facility.
