I’m looking to obtain funding for a multi-faceted business venture. The property is set on 24 acres with a horse arena and pens as well as the main house, bunkhouse, and unique log cabin church. My vision is to provide boarding facilities for animals and veterans who will work with those animals in exchange for room and board and a small salary. We also have an immediate opportunity to bring in income with a unique ~6000 sq. ft. rustic log cabin church to hold weddings and other events. This property is in the Granbury Texas area set back in a country setting. In the long run, we plan on installing RV pads including RVs for corporate retreats, family reunions, and other small to medium size events.
My main focus is to rescue and rehabilitate animals and bring in veterans who need a helping hand to get back on their feet. I truly believe that working with animals is a fantastic way to rehabilitate our veterans with PTSD and other ailments that they received while fighting for our freedoms.
