We are a Med Tech company. We have a medical device that stops all pain without opioids. It is called a Percutaneous Nerve Stimulator (PENS) Device. We have five FDA approved indications. Congress approved the "No Pain Act" which went into effect 1/1/2025. Now we are getting more demand than we have inventory, because the No Pain Act requires Medicaid, Medicare and Insurance to pay for our device if it is a good substitution for opioids. In 2024 we had about $277,000 in sales and we are expecting to have $3,000,000 in annual sales in 2025. We just made a sale in Vietnam.
With the money we will retain a lobbyist in DC to procure the approvals to pay on our device for all pains.
