Service Fleet:
1. WreckMasters Courses:
   - Enroll the team leader in a certified training course provided by WreckMasters.
   - Offer the training to new drivers as part of their onboarding process.
   - Implement annual training for all drivers to ensure continuous improvement and compliance with industry standards.

2. Ramp Trucks:
   - Acquire 2 ramp trucks as they have lower acquisition costs, running costs, insurance expenses, and longer service life.
   - Ideal for handling simple roadside breakdowns and long-distance trips.
   - Efficient for loading and transporting vehicles without the need for complex towing equipment.

3. Roll Back Tow Trucks:
   - Purchase 2 to 3 roll back tow trucks that are essential for accident recovery and handling more complex towing situations.
   - These trucks allow easy loading and unloading of vehicles and provide versatility in different recovery scenarios.

4. Integration of Current Equipment:
   - Utilize your existing 2 1-ton diesel trucks and 40' flatbed for local freight and transportation of larger farm equipment.
   - Consider converting these trucks with wheel lift tow bodies to enable towing services for local contractors, if required.

5. Small Roadside Assistance Vehicles:
   - Invest in 1 or 2 small fuel-efficient vehicles dedicated to roadside assistance.
   - These vehicles can rapidly respond to small needs and assist in winter conditions, such as ditch recovery.

6. Full-Service Trucks:
   - Allocate 1 truck specifically designed to provide full-service support for commercial vehicles.
   - Assign another truck for assisting non-commercial vehicles.
   - Equip these trucks with certified mechanics and necessary tools to address a wide range of vehicle issues.

Annual Inspections:
1. Truck Stop Partnerships:
-To create a win-win for both parties, we need to approach this in a manner that the truck stops also benefit from our presence. We could offer them a commission from each inspection done at their facilities. In return, it's essential we maintain a professional appearance and live up to our promises to keep the operation running smoothly.

2. Inspection Technicians:
-I recommend making sure that our inspection technicians are fully trained, certified and ready to carry out inspections effectively. Make sure they understand that their main role will be to offer as many inspections as they can on a daily basis.

3. Equipment:
-A dedicated van will be necessary for carrying tools and other equipment. I suggest creating a list of the essential tools needed for inspections and ensuring each inspection van carries them.

4. Marketing to Owners:
-Targeting owners who can make immediate decisions is a good plan. May I suggest we run a competitive discount or offer for the first 100 inspections to attract an initial customer base.

A little about me:

I stand before you today as a testament to the strength of human resilience, hope and relentless determination. I was born into challenging conditions, losing my parents at a tragically young age. My early years were grueling and wayward until I found a sense of purpose in serving our magnificent nation within the military, as an Aviation Engineer. Unfortunately, life brought some old, and new alike, demons to fight and I was discharged from the military to return to civilian life, a homeless veteran with no family to turn to.

In that despair, I found a beacon of hope. The VA helped secure me a humble abode and from there, I made a decision that would change the course of my life - I chose to pave my own path. Armed with a resolve carved by tough years in the military and on the street, combined with a few borrowed tools, I began my entrepreneurial journey.

I started a Roadside Assistance company from the ground up. After a year of hard work, building relationships and providing reliable, trusted service, I was generating $2k every week, single-handedly. My hard work wasn't unnoticed, and I received an investment which allowed me to expand my operations. Driven by unwavering optimism and belief, I handed over my Roadside Assistance startup to my sister and nephew and embarked on a new business frontier, a Hotshot Transport Company. However, it was not without obstacles. From unpredictable roadside failures to a brutal North Dakota blizzard that left me with no heat, I battled persistently to keep my burgeoning business afloat.

Overcoming the odds has been a consistent theme in my life, and this venture was no different. We stand, now, 1.5 years strong in the transport industry, with our second truck and trailer recently securing their place into our fleet.

Just 2.5 years since taking that very first assistance call, I stand before you proud to say that I now drive a brand new vehicle, have my own home, and pull in a weekly revenue of $5k. We are filled with an excitement that only comes when hard work begins to pay off in manifest ways.

Today, I invite you to join us on this incredible journey, to be part of a story that is much more than just a business proposition; it is the ultimate narrative of tenacity, triumph, and the result of an unstoppable determination. Together, we can create a future that will not only help us to scale new heights of success but also inspire many more who are in the face of adversity to never stop believing in their dreams.

Together, success is not only certain; it is inevitable. Thank you very much for considering this opportunity. I look forward to your positive response.
