We are a Joint Venture startup comprised of existing businesses in the markets of: privacy, cybersecurity, emergency disaster services, drone, digital twins, Artificial intelligence, green infrastructure, healthtech, and crisis and risk management. All members have one masters degree at minimum, and this venture is an effort to combine existing CRM and offer consolidated, modular Saas, advanced technology, and expert consulting and project management service packages at a tiered pricing schedule to under-served communities. Our strategy embodies a SMART² (Smart Squared) methodology—combining Smart Infrastructure with Smart Intelligence. This dual-focus ensures that hospitals are not only built to endure disaster and operate sustainably (Smart Infrastructure), but are also embedded with intelligent systems that predict, adapt, and optimize care delivery (Smart Intelligence). Together, these dimensions allow us to tackle the layered challenges of rural healthcare through resilience, efficiency, and innovation. Our SMART² model also integrates the traditional SMART goals framework—Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant, and Time-bound—into our planning, implementation, and evaluation process. This ensures every transformation initiative is actionable and results-driven. Our framework is uniquely positioned because it integrates the disciplines of business strategy, psychology, advanced technology, and healthcare finance and operations. This multidimensional approach allows us to craft solutions that not only address the technical and structural needs of rural hospitals, but also the behavioral, economic, and leadership dynamics that influence long-term adoption and sustainability.
