I’ve recently been awarded a permit To develop and construct a boutique hotel in Playa flamingo Costa Rica. It’s been a painful tedious five year process that I had expected to take two years at the most. Remarkably now I have the permit and we are able to break ground any day. The appraised ivalue of the completed project is approximately $6 million US.
