This location is prime, set optimally in the town of Saint James, NY. Bordering high income towns and hamlets such as Commack, Smithtown and Head of the Harbor. Virtually no competition in the way of breweries, and an exceptional spot for this type of restaurant.
Currently, if people want to visit a brewery, they have to travel over an hour West, or close to 2 hours East to find what we're offering locally.
The problem we have faced is that the condition of the building and the requirements of the town were not anticipated. The project has cost far more than anticipated and we're using opening cost funds to complete the project and still running short. If we get the funding we need, we can open by April 1st.
I myself am the majority owner and with my executive chef and partner, we have over 50 years experience in the restaurant industry.
