The Run Wagon

The Run Wagon is a mobile dog gym, providing dog walk/run services via self-powered slat-mills installed in a cargo van. Dogs will be able to release excess energy no matter the weather or their desired pace . 
In North Texas the weather is extreme and all over the place, hot, cold, rain, snow, etc.  As a dog owner, the weather causes issues with being able to exercise my dogs everyday and the amounts they truly need.  I am the main demographic of my future customer base; a busy person with one or more dogs that need to have more time to walk or even run like the wind as long as possible. The older dog owners who are unable to walk as fast or as often as their dogs would like is another demographic we will be attracting.  Other customers would come from Veterinarian referrals; our company would make the fitness program for the overweight dogs and track the progress.  Apartment complexes and pet-friendly hotels would be other businesses we would partner with as a concierge service to residents or guests. 
The Run Wagon would provide a base 30 minute run/walk session. Fees would be based on First Time, Single session, or a Monthly subscription (same time each week), and will increase as the number of dogs per owner increases. 
I, the owner, have ten years in the human health and fitness industry as a Personal Trainer and Group Fitness instructor. As the owner of multiple dogs, I have knowledge in training, observing, and re-directing attention. The co-owner has seven years of veterinary technician services and has handled all sorts of dogs and their diverse temperaments.
