I am seeking an investor(s) to help start a great opportunity for Butler County. A themed destination bookstore, coffee shop/light meals, event venue. I would like to hold events like youth & adult book clubs, school field trips. Holiday events such as pictures with Santa, the Easter Bunny for kids/pets etc. Events and speakers for the elderly. Rental space for bridal, baby & business meetings. Also creating events surrounding retail items and anniversary dates and trivia for Harry Potter franchise. Putting Butler county on the map of places to visit if you are a Harry Potter fan.
