The Outpost at Ferguson Farms and Ferguson Supply and Cafe

I am seeking funds to finish building a family owned and operated off-grid/all solar glamping and event space on 7th generation owned creekside land in the beautiful mountains of WNC 45 minutes west of Asheville. We have one tent and outhouse built with 3 more ready to erect next month. We envision up to 20 tents crisscrossing the creek. My son, daughter in law and 3 beautiful grandkids live in the farmhouse with dad  and operate the farm that has been in our family for 200 years. My husband and I live in a solar powered Skoolie across the hayfield from the tent sites. We also plan on restoring our 100 year old general store/diner run by my 85 year old father and turn it into an Instagram worthy destination with all organic produce we grow and grass fed meat products we raise. My husband and I have run a very successful catering company as Chefs/manager for over 15 years in Orlando as well as owning and operating airbnb vacation rentals in New Smyrna Beach, Florida and are looking to move home to build and manage the campground and renovate/take over the store from dad. We have years of experience in renovating, managing and flipping real estate as well as running restaurants and catering companies. I have managed Events in Orlando for close to 20 years and have run events up to 2000 people.  Once completed We are looking to host and cater events at The Outpost every weekend generating $5k + weekly in catering alone.  My son also has a land services company and has all the equipment needed to clear/ build etc. This is a family affair and we are looking to preserve history for generations to come.
