Long term leases are no longer a worthwhile expense for companies. Pinterest paid $90 million to terminate their office lease in San Francisco in 2020, and the volume of sublease space in the US has increased by 55% approaching a record 190 million Sq ft.

Searches for space that fits their needs by location, category, and amenities. 

Selects dates they need the space, payment info, and sends request to book the space. 

After request is approved, guest and host can message regarding any booking details. 

Guest finishes their 

short term stay and The Office Exchange takes their % service fee. 

Creates an account and goes through simple verification process to accept payouts. 

Uploads space(s) to the platform and sets price per day and category of the space. 

Host has full control to approve or deny any space booking requests.
