The Market at 109

A farmers and artisan marketing, featuring over 500 vendors in rotation. We provide a centralized location for family fun and local economic stimulation! 

We are currently pop-up and seasonal, as we depend heavily on the weather. That being said, funding will help us build a permanent market center! The full plan and vision is to operate year round to allow local vendors to sell on site, but also include some high profit amenities on site. These include family fun centers, a coffee shop with drive thru, a commercial kitchen and more! 

 We have all the site plans/drawings, numbers, city pre-approvals and a prime piece of real estate on one of the busiest highways in Tennessee. We truly just lack the funding to start construction. 

The community has backed us season after season and we have gained quite the social media presence! We are certain this project would be profitable and beneficial for any investor willing to jump on board with us!
