The Low Sugar Bakery  opened in  October 2021, with a Niche product in the market. It offers a variety of products with minimum sugar applied. On order it also produces no sugar and Gluten-Free  products. The bakery has a coffee shop, offering customers coffee, cakes, pastries and snacks (with freshly homemade European bread) in store. The owner is Marlei Dos Santos, who lived for 4 years in Denmark, where she sold the goods to customers and the feedback was impressing  The Low Sugar Bakery offers high quality and much healthier food with a 5 Star customer service to build relationships with all its customers. All products are based on European recipes from Austria, Germany, Denmark , Italy and Sweden. The business website is found under thelowsugarbakery.com . After the first 3 month customer reviews in Google and Yelp are very impressing, which shows the company is going the right direction with its product in the market. There are n preservatives used in the products.  The Company Slogan is: #We go the healthier way with our customers#
The next step is to establish Catering Services for special events, to target Hotels and Restaurants to add products of the Low Sugar Bakery into their existing Menu. A Marketing Campaign is planned in the local area to attract possible customers for engagement with the bakery and further growth of the company.
The owner of the Low Sugar Bakery is Marlei Dos Santos and Werner Wurth with a 50% share each.
