we come with the desire to put our knowledge to use while continuing our education in the field of Tax Deed/Tax Lein acquisition. My mentors are renowned successes in this field. One is Dustin Hahn(20 years experience) and the other is Ted Thomas(over 30 years experience). I have studied both of their education curriculums. My studies through Ted Thomas are ongoing and present as well.
We are trying to acquire single-family homes, commercial properties, and lands through our company. We will acquire these properties at 80% to 90% below market value. For quick capital and a steady cash flow, our model is to wholesale three properties and keep the fourth for an income-producing asset.
There are 3000 counties throughout the United States. Fifteen hundred(1,500) states are Tax Deed States. These states are our primary focus.
I will travel to these auctions and bid for some properties through the online bidding system.
Having 100k will be used in this fashion.
$80,000 annually for online and onsite auctions and property filing fees once awarded the properties
$20,000 annually for travel(airfare), car rental, food, and lodging.
