The Homestead at 3218 is a men's members-only year-round resort, RV park & campground located on a portion of our small farm in rural Crawford, Texas about 25 miles west of Waco. It's easily accessible from all points north, south, east and west. In fact, members have traveled here from all over the US plus Canada, Europe, Israel and Australia. We welcome all men - younger, older, in-between, large, small, fit and muscular (or not so much) - as The Homestead at 3218 is a getaway for everyone. Our resort offers five (5) fully-furnished upscale Rainey Creek House suites each with private bath, queen-size beds (plus four [4] with a queen size sleeper sofa) and complete kitchens; six (6) single beds in the bunk room; seven (7) hostel-style private sleeping cubicles; numerous primitive camp sites and RV sites (permanent & transient) with full hook-ups (30/50 amp electric, water & future septic system) which can accommodate up to sixteen (16) RVs & trailers depending on size & electric requirement. Amenities include free WiFi & parking, large outdoor swimming pool, steam room, video viewing lounge, billiards table and occasional onsite massage services by a Texas Licensed Massage Therapist. Upcoming amenity additions include adding a septic system & electric usage sub-meters for the RV park, a hot tub in an all-weather enclosure, seasonal pool dome for our cool months and several fire pits. Future amenities include adding several furnished small rental cabins & glamping facilities as well as a large all-purpose party barn for various activities.
