Our Company:
The Heavenly Hound Pet Cremation is a newly established business located in Liberty, Indiana. Our business will offer private and communal cremation services to the surrounding communities.

About The Heavenly Hound:

The Heavenly Hound is owned by Susan Danner, and I have dedicated my life to caring for animals. From my work life, to my personal life - I am most passionate about animals. Despite my heartfelt wish to rescue and care for every animal, the reality is that I cannot rescue them all. Therefore, I've made the decision to pursue a business opportunity that offers a compassionate and dignified end to the lives of pets, while also providing love and support to their human companions.

The inspiration behind choosing this business name originates from my profound love for hounds. Yet, my affection encompasses all animals, and unfortunately, I am well acquainted with the heartache losing a pet.

The establishment of The Heavenly Hound Pet Cremation is not just a business venture; it is a heartfelt commitment to creating a more dignified world for our beloved furry companions as they reach the end of their lives.

Our Startup Efforts:
Apart from funding received through a small business loan, The Heavenly Hound is actively seeking financial assistance from compassionate investors who share a love for animals and are eager to support the startup efforts, which include acquiring necessary equipment and making improvements to our building.

Our Timeline and Goals:
Our goal is to be a fully operational business by 2025. We recently closed on our new property, which includes a building. The building will require some upgrades to transform it from a 4 car metal shop to a functional business. The majority of our costs will stem from the equipment which includes the incinerator and the remains processor. In total, our costs equal to be approximately $250,000. In order to meet our goal of being fully operational by 2025, we plan to apply for a small business loan within the next few months, but I am hopeful we will be able to find an investor who shares our passions and wants to help make our plan into a reality!

Credentials:
I have a Bachelors of Science, Animal Science and I have recently acquired my certification as a Pet Crematory Operator through the Cremation Association of North America. Our business was approved under the International Association of Pet Cemeteries and Crematories. I have also worked for the last 6 years in the pet food manufacturing industry, and have 4 years of veterinary assistant experience.

Our Journey:
We are prepared to take the necessary steps to aquire funding, but it would mean the world to me if there were investors who believed in the mission of The Heavenly Hound and were interested in backing our journey!
