The Happy Place
I call it The Happy Place. There will be 4 rooms 8 ft x 8 ft that show outer space planets and stars. And various other images. They will have a laser pointer and sit on a big workout ball and bounce. The other is Dodge Ball. 4 courts. Do leagues. There are many different age groups. Leagues are money up front. Admission price will be $5. Keep them coming in. Rent is the big cost. Need 3,000 sq ft. So if you need to expand you have room.
