THE GREAT PEERLESS COMPANY

Raising USD 500,000 to pay to an escrow set up for SBLC issuance fee

National and international business in projects, products,
The Great Peerless Company is registered in NC USA as a company dealing with projects, programs, products and services. This particular request for funding is for  products,  us getting sugar from Brazil and sending it over to West Africa.

 Reason for seeking funding

1.   We have an underlying contract is between The Great Peerless Company and GMS. It is for the sale of 12,500 Metric Tons of Sugar monthly for a year to total 150,000 MT. The sale price is $500 per MT. The sugar will be delivered in West Africa. The monthly total is therefore $6,250,000.00, attachment A, which is the Sales and Purchase Agreement (SPA).
2.    The Great Peerless Company is purchasing this sugar from Sierra Tuck at $395 per MT and the contract is attachment B which is our SPA with the seller. The sugar is Icumsa 45 from Brazil. The purchase cost is 4,937,500.00. Therefore, the monthly profit would be $ 1,312,500.00 and the yearly profit would be $ 15,750,000.00.
3.    The SBLC for this purchase is from Nova Scotia bank in Canada but introduced to us by Exim Finance and Merchant Trade Finance at 5%. Which is $312,500.00, attachment C.
4.    This contract was initially supposed to be done through Dubai Islamic Bank branch in Mombasa Nairobi, but instead they advised us to monetize the SBLC.
5.    We got a monetizer in Dubai, Metal House Steel Works L.L.C, who agreed to monetize it at 70% and the monetization calculations are attached in the contract signed with them in Dubai through their bank, Banco Nacional Ultramarino (BNU) in Macau, attachment D.
6.   The  issuance cost of the SBLC $312,500 is to be paid in cash to an escrow account in Bahamas by attorney Mario L. McCartney and the proposed agreement for the escrow is also attached at attachment E.
7.    We are looking for a way to raise this  $312,500 to pay for the escrow and get this contract running.
8.  We also already have a larger contract with the same buyer for a larger quantity of $100,000 MT as he represents more than 5 end-buyers and we have the SBLC for this from ACE Investment Bank Limited at $50,000,000 with the agreed issuance fee of 1%, which is USD 500,000. It is attachment c with the SPA for this with GMS. The USD $500,000  could be used for this instead of the other depending on the lender.
I have the three attachments with all the details.
