We have an 86% success rate on exploration and drilling, which is among the highest in the market. We do not charge an admission fee to our JV partners. Furthermore, Wright Drilling & Exploration, Inc. aids in the company formation and taxation filings for JV partners. We are ready with turnkey projects. We have the mineral rights, leases and surface rights, as well as the required permitting for the first drilling phase. Additional permits will be granted as we move through the drilling operations schedule. We bring 100% of the money for 70% of the NRI. The remaining 30% is allocated to the mineral right owners and the geologists.
