Marketplace Needs
There is an increasing demand for learning & development solutions that answer the current problems we face today within our society. In recent years colleges and universities have come under pressure as costs have risen and under the new threat of coronavirus they face many challenges. High Schools struggle to find a solution for the behavior issues of students that impedes on the overall learning process. There is also a shift in demand from the professional development market and the old ways that institutions did things just aren’t as effective as they used to be. Due to all of these circumstances, the marketplace is ripe for businesses and organizations that have unique and effective solutions to their problems.
How Do We Meet the Needs of The Market
Our company is deeply committed in helping to solve these problems. Our focus is to create products and services that help to train leaders in the principles and tools to develop themselves as well as to develop other leaders. We offer learning and development solutions by training those who are trainers themselves. We develop systems that focus on meeting the needs of the people who are seeking professional and personal skill and character development. Our core products and services are not created based on outdated strategies but timeless principles and solid instructions that can work for anyone. We also meet the need of education accessibility by offering affordable and simple to use products in the form of digital and print media.
Competitive Advantage
In contrast to other companies, we are offering personalized access to our customers that gives them a greater learning experience. We want to create a relationship that is people to people and not just people to company. One way we are doing that is by adding a mentorship component to our online courses where you don't have to take the course all by yourself. Another way is we are integrating our print products with our digital products by using a method of designing printed tools that can be used independently as well as go hand-in-hand with our digital online courses and workshops. This will help add a more personalized touch because our customers not only get an online experience but also a physical component that they can hold and keep their personal notes in.
We have also developed a unique system of learning, teaching, character development and mentoring that is owned and taught only by us. We offer to teach that system to leaders in education, business and in government. We also focus on developing the next generation of leaders in our society by teaching our unique system in leadership workshops specifically developed for young adults from the ages of 13 - 21. (We have plans to get our system nationally certified in the near future).

3. Creating an Innovative Apprenticeship Program for Leadership Development.
Funding Needs
In order to take our business to the next level, we are seeking resources to fund our current projects. After researching different options, we decided that seeking funding from an Angel Investor was our best option. We are looking not only looking for seed money but dedicated partners who can help us grow our business together.
We are asking for funding of up to $144,000 for 20% of the company shares to help with our operating costs for the next two years. We are also searching out federal contracts and grants within the SAM's system to help us with our funding goals.
