The Fry Lane

We want to corner a market in the food industry!

I have been working on this concept for three and a half years now. I have tested my recipes and found what works. Research has shown that just about every food truck and every restaurant serves this as a side dish, but none specialize in this food. I do! This food I am talking about is French fries.

McDonalds used to sell amazing French fries up until the mid 1990's. Fast food fries suck, for a lack of better wording. American's love French fries.

My company has developed a way of cooking French fries, placing toppings on them, and having them stay edible, non-soggy, for over 20 minutes. This allows for someone to eat and enjoy a good French fry.

Our manager has 15 years in the food industry. His experience includes head chief at the Marriot in Houston, TX. He was a line cook, prep cook, and was even a manager at a major fast-food joint. This experience has been valuable in the building of our menu, food handling, and operations.

One of our line cooks currently is working for another fast-food giant but has experience running a food truck and restaurant with her uncle for over 10 years. Her experience has been essential for customer service and helps with the flow of the kitchen. Allowing for speed and accuracy in preparing orders.

All four of us hold current MO food handlers' licenses. Our projected income for a month is around $12,000. We have a commercial kitchen that will be ready to be occupied by July 30th. We have placed $3,000 down on a custom food trailer that would allow us to be mobile and attend local events. Our food costs for a month estimate at around $3,000 -$5,000 dependent on events and mobile orders.

We are seeking $15,000 investment for our start-up. Our pre-launch trials on recipes have gone well and has let us know what the local community prefers. We are ready to get started and answer any questions you may have.

Our funding request is for the final payment on the trailer and some of the kitchen equipment that we have yet to acquire.

I aim to start a French fry empire starting in Kansas City, MO.
