The Essential Wellness Group, LLC (DBA-Essence of Life Wellness Center) is a holistic and functional medicine practice dedicated to helping individuals heal from within by addressing the root causes of illness. We provide personalized, patient-centered care that integrates traditional medical expertise with complementary therapies such as hyperbaric oxygen therapy, red light therapy, nutritional counseling, and advanced diagnostic testing. Our goal is to empower individuals to take control of their health and achieve true wellness; not just the absence of disease, but optimal functioning and well-being. 

This work is deeply personal. With over 23 years of experience as a physician, including specialized training in pediatrics, hematology/oncology, and obesity medicine, I have witnessed firsthand the limitations of traditional healthcare models. My journey evolved from simply treating symptoms to seeking deeper, more meaningful ways to support healing. My own health experiences, along with caring for patients facing complex and chronic conditions, have shaped my commitment to providing a more comprehensive and compassionate approach to care.
