The Dublin Rose

A traditional Irish pub, with great service, outstanding food, and exceptional beverages, located in the historic downtown area of a fast growing and bustling small Texas city.  The Dublin Rose will be a trend setting establishment in the area, know for it's selection of import and specialty beverages. We currently have a LOI on a lease for an ideally sized space on the downtown square, which is teeming with new investment and development, specifically in the hospitality sector.  Our offerings will consist of traditional Irish pub food and drinks, as well as craft cocktails and specialty desserts.  The management team consists of a husband and wife team who bring 15 years and 12 years, respectively,  of direct industry experience in management positions, and who both have extensive experience in family/small business operations.
