The company is designed as a luxury retail and membership-driven experience, offering high-end cigars, fine pipe tobaccos, and curated accessories within a refined, relationship-focused lounge environment, paired with an e-commerce platform. Positioned in the “affordable luxury” segment, The Den is not a traditional smoke shop—it is a destination retail experience blending exclusivity, service, and lifestyle appeal.  The company is led by Kevin Atkinson and TonyWatson. Kevin is a veteran of the U.S. Navy and a retired Texas Department of Criminal Justice Lieutenant with over 30 years of leadership, operational management, and training experience, including certifications as a firearms instructor, range master, and staff development trainer, bringing experience in:- Proven leadership and discipline- High-level operational oversight experience- Strong training and compliance background. Tony is a veteran of the U.S. Air Force and has proven leadership in both the oil field and construction industries, bringing experience in:- Build-out coordination- Design and facility development- Municipal and code compliance navigation- Business and project management Together, leadership combines operational structure, execution capability, and long-term (50+ year friendship) trust-based partnership, as well as long time fine cigar smokers.
