Curiously unentangling, un-enmeshing those parts of ourselves we have disconnected from, whether consciously or unconsciously, subconsciously often due to trauma, relationships, societal conditioning, ancestral & generational wounding in its various forms, emotionally, mentally, physically, spiritually - energetically.

When understanding to transform anything in light or life, we must meet the activated aspects to reframe them directly: they are speaking to us in a way to unlearn the old to make way for the liberated anew.
By shining the light of consciousness into the shadowed corners of our psyche, soul essence, we are in fact able to acknowledge, & learn from, by releasing the suffering attached to them. This is counterintuitive to most modern medicine, which often works by easing the symptoms of suffering rather than addressing the root cause emotionally, mentally & physically, & spiritually.
When we learn to address the root cause of energy splits, & conscious fragments, we can learn to heal the fractal aspects in more ways than one, ultimately benefitting the whole self.
Due to the nature of societal norms, most of humanity has subscribed to covering up the symptoms by numbing the pain which ultimately only serves to push the true issue further from consciousness, hindering the ability to release it & compounding its long-term effects.
Like a pressurized force, this unreleased emotional energy can eventually explode & manifest itself in damaging, toxic, unhealthy ways, including illness, discord & YES, dis-ease. However, by turning inwards by understanding the roots of that suffering, often reaching all the way back beyond childhood, inception, & past lives, we can only integrate its lessons to deeply transform it into the keys to our embodied enlightenment.
