The Butcher The Baker The Cheese Board Maker

Charcuterie Boards & Wine Bar

I started the business in December 2019 but did not take it seriously until April 2020, right before COVID hit.  Even in the midst of COVID I've made an average of $10k a month, with a net profit of close to 30%.  I currently have no where for the patronage to "dine in", I can only take next day orders and I can't sell wine.  I'm asking for funding to open a brick and mortar that would hurdle all of these burdens.  In addition our city has no wine bar/lounge currently.  The general population has expressed major interest in a venture like this in all of my market research.  I currently have over 3k followers on Facebook with posts reaching over 16k on a consistent basis.
I have a bachelors in business administration from Liberty University.  I was raised by entrepreneurs and grew up helping reconcile accounting documents.  I co-own a couple of other businesses that are now well established and can run without my full time involvement.  Several people in my family are considered resturant industry titans and have offered their full support of knowledge and assistance if the time arises.
I need approximately $50k for the first year of rent, resturant equipment and table service.  Based off my research of similar concepts numbers I'm confident I will be able to start paying this loan back within 12 months.
My long term goal for the company would be to nail down the concept and to franchise it.  Similar to Tiff's Treats and Edible Arrangements this product is good for gifts but also for just a unique night out.
