We are seeking three million U.S. dollars for the construction, maintenance and operation of a Family Fun Center (FFC) called The Bounce House. The Bounce House is a unique FFC that brings together 7 separate attractions or activity areas into one indoor, year round, recreation and entertainment center. The 7 activity attractions include: The Inflatable Park, the Water Zone, Kids Klub, Laser Tag Arena, Mystery/Haunted rooms, the Arial Adventure High Ropes Park and the Cloud Coaster. Nowhere in the state of Utah and possibly the entire United States can you find this type of FFC.
Designed after the successful operations of Extreme Party Innovation (EPIC), The Bounce House, the National Autistic foundation, All for Kids, and Kids on the Move, This FFC will provide year round physical activity, emotional and mental challenges, opportunities to build self esteem, team work, interaction with others, and just plain old fun. Our goal is to work with investors, manufacturers and suppliers who are committed to providing our guests with dramatically better attraction experiences that can only be found out of the home and exclusively within our venues. After an 18 month construction period, we project a first operational year return of $3 million in profits, after making 10% interest payments and with a 15% ROI. This would allow us to payoff the initial investment in approximately 5 years.
